Paco Alcacer will start Barcelona's next game, against Malaga. Luis Suarez's absence because of suspension has opened the door to the forward starting and the next 10 days of training will be essential to ensure he arrives at the game in top condition. Luis Enrique put together an 11 vs 11 game at the training ground on Wednesday to help him keep match fit.
Along with Alcacer were two other first team footballers, Jordi Masip and Aleix Vidal. With an intense wind the game was not great, and the rhythm was light. Alcacer is still looking for his first goal for Barcelona but showed here he is in good shape, although he did not score. There were not many chances, with most of the team coming from Barcelona B and Juvenil A.
The game finished 1-1 but everyone was pleased because it broke up the monotony of the usual training sessions which are tough without the first teamers around.
