High intensity from both coach and team as Barçá prepare for el clásico in Las Vegas

The team exercised at a strong pace, despite the heat, as Xavi, who led the session, wants his team to be fully focused for the friendly next morning

FC Barcelona rose early to train this Saturday morning, at Cashman Field in Las Vegas, to prepare for the clásico against Real Madrid at 05h CEST. The intensity was high with the desire to keep up their good rhythm, and they looked ready for their match against Los Blancos.

The physical workload was very prominent, with the players giving their all despite the intense heat, their coach Xavi constantly haranguing them. The coach was very much on top of his players and did not allow the slightest relaxation even in the rondos.

Although it is a friendly, Xavi wants his players to give their best performance against Real Madrid and, at the very least, not lack in intensity. Xavi could field two teams, one in each half, which will allow all players to get some minutes, happening at the Allegiant Stadium. The el clásico will be Barçá's second match on North American soil and the team will look to carry on the impressive form they showed against Inter Miami, whom they beat spectacularly in a 6-0 win.
