The Spanish coach said the club couldn't allow such a transfer to happen and also ruled himself out of the running for the Juventus job

The 'Manchester Evening News' outlet linked Manchester City with a move for Antoine Griezmann and suggested the Premier League champions were willing to match his €125m buyout clause. This in contrast to more reputable reports which suggest FC Barcelona are on the brink of confirming the Frenchman's signature.

Pep Guardiola has never been one to hide his true feelings and was clear on who City's targets aren't. "People of Barcelona, don’t worry guys, we are not going to buy Griezmann, we cannot afford it."

He was also asked about suggestions he could take over from Allegri at Juventus. "How many times do I say, I’m not going to Juventus. I’m staying here two more seasons, if they want me. I'm satisfied working here and I’m not going anywhere. Maybe next season will be not good but next season I’m manager of Man City, I’ve said it many times."
