Gerard Pique's optimistic message for a PSG comeback

He wants supporters to turn up in their drives on March 8, as Barcelona try to force a comeback

Gerard Pique tried to fire up Barcelona fans ahead of the Champions league clash with PSG, a game in which the Catalans are 4-0 down from the first leg.

He wants supporters to turn up in their drives on March 8, as Barcelona try to force a comeback.

"I hope they come to the stadium because if they miss the comeback, then they will be pissed off at home," said the Catalan centre-back.

"I know how the club is and the fans have to get going and come and support us, we need them," added Pique, who said "the team is alive in three competitions", although he acknowledged that "in La Liga we'd like to be doing better."

On the PSG defeat he added "it was hard for us to lose, we didn't expect it, but I think that we have a great chance ahead of us and we will try to play one of the best games in the history of the club."
