Gerard Pique working hard at Barcelona's training complex
The Catalan defender has been in the news recently regarding his future
Barcelona published a post on social media, reading “Work does not stop at the training ground”. And that message was accompanied by a video of Gerard Pique working hard in the gym with a medicine ball.
The images arrive after days of news about the player, whom Xavi said was not needed for next season according to some reports, while others said he could stay if he focuses only on football and takes a paycut. Pique supposedly said he would work harder than ever to stay in the team. These videos seem to show that’s already started.

Pique could not finish the season playing because of a thigh issue. Now he’s still working on that to get back for pre-season.
Sergi Roberto, who signed a year extension in his deal, was also pictured working at the club after missing most of the last campaign through injury.
