Barca have signed the midfielder for next season but De Jong is not pleased at the moment
Ajax, with Frenkie de Jong starting, ended a run of six winning games with a defeat at AZ Alkmaar, thanks to Guus Til’s goal, which leaves them behind Eredivisie leaders PSV.
De Jong’s side are five points behind with 10 weeks to go and have two tough Champions League games coming up against Juventus.
De Jong showed leadership with his self-critical comments after the game.
“During the march we played much worse than our level,” said De Jong. “It’s really annoying that we don’t have the title in our own hands.”
