The Dutch international was furious after Barcelona dropped more points against Celta Vigo

Frenkie de Jong ended Saturday's 3-3 draw with Celta Vigo furious with what had happened on the pitch. Barcelona led 3-0 before drawing the game, with Iago Aspas levelling in the last minute of the match.

"In the second half, we forget how to play," De Jong told Movistar. "We were static. We lacked personality. The players have to change, we have to offer ourselves more when there's pressure from the opposition and that's it."

The Dutch midfielder lamented more dropped points as Barça made it four games without a win in LaLiga.

He added: "This was a really important game to move up the table and it's a really big blow for us. [But] we can still fight for the title because we have a lot of quality. We've dropped a lot of points so it will be difficult, but we have to keep going."

On Xavi, he said everyone is "excited and we're going to work hard," while he was furious with the stoppage time in the second half after Aspas goal came in the sixth minute of five added on.

"The referee added five minutes and I think that was too much already," he said. "When we're losing, they always add two or three. And then he added an extra minute for a throw-in. I have never seen that before."
