Franck Kessie could leave Barca in search of more minutes
The Ivorian midfielder might return to Italy as his Camp Nou time is not turning out well
Franck Kessie arrived at Barcleona to bring muscle to the midfield. However he has hardly featured. Two starts in La Liga and two in the Champions League is not enough for a player of his stature, who was a key player at AC Milan. In Italy they say he wants more minutes or he will return to Seire A in January or June.
Calciomercato say various teams are interested in him. Barcelona do want to make more signings in January but it seems unlikely that Kessie would leave so soon. In June is more possible, evaluating his first campaign as a whole.
Kessie arrived on a free transfer last summer after playing a key role in the capture of Serie A. However he's finding it hard to fit into Barcelona's game.
Despite that, the technical team are satisfied with his professionalism. He's a player liked in the dressing room and has not complained about his situation. It seems hard for him to change things and get ahead of any of his competition.
