Despite winning the match, there's a growing concern about the team's disappointing performances in Europe

Ter Stegen broke away from his usual ice-cold attitude and admitted: "We need to talk about more than a few things." It was clear that winning simply wasn't enough for him, the team or the supporters. Barça top their Champions League group as well as LaLiga but in neither competition is the squad performing at the level it should be. Particularly in Europe, which appears to once again be the main objective this season, they've found themselves outplayed and outworked by every single opponent so far.

For that reason, and it's been confirmed by SPORT sources close to the dressing room, that the team is extremely angry and disappointed with what happened in Prague. There were frank discussions about losing possession in the middle of the park which caused the team a lot of problems. Some felt embarrassed that they spent the final 15 minutes of the match hanging onto the victory as Slavia swarmed forward looking for an equaliser.

BAD 'FEELING' on the journey home

Some footballers ignored the calls from radio stations for an interview after they had finished with their television commitments. This is by no means a common occurrence and only goes to show how upset the squad were last night. That feeling carried on with the flight home. Many were clearly upset and didn't want to talk with anybody else.

This reaction can be seen in a positive light. It shows the team aren't content with simply winning but rather demand the performances match the results. No doubt this need to improve is what can inspire this set of players onto finding their groove and once again stamping their authority on European football. Although on last night's viewing, there's still plenty of work to do in that department.
