FC Barcelona make plans for a fourth lever as a contigency
The proposal has been approved by the board of directors and will only be activated if it is necessary to register the new players.
The agreement with http://socios.com, brokered by Key Capital, for the sale of 24.5% of Barça Studios in exchange for 100 million euros, was signed last Thursday. It was necessary for the transaction to be completed before July 31 in order to submit the list of transfers to LaLiga and to be able to register all the signings that have been made, including the renewal of Dembélé and Sergi Roberto.
Barça trusts that Javier Tebas will accept their report and also those of the auditors, who have given the green light to all operations. LaLiga already have all the necessary documentation and this week should publish the salary limits of all the First and Second division clubs.
Tebas has been far more receptive in recent weeks, but Barça do not quite want to rely on him. For this reason, they have already prepared the sale of another 24.5% of Barça Studios. The board does not want to have to use this fourth lever, but it has been drafted in case of emergency.
