FC Barcelona say they have improved their rating with DBRS Morningstar

Barcelona say their financial rating has been improved following the restructuring done by the current board.
"FC Barcelona is pleased to announce that DBRS Morningstar has initiated rating coverage of our media notes with a rating of BBB with a stable outlook, reflecting a significant upgrade over our previous rating by Fitch," the club said Wednesday.
"The rating highlights the many positive actions taken by the new board to improve our balance sheet, the sportive competitiveness and strategic partnership, as well as DBRS’ expectation that FC Barcelona will achieve profitability in FY 2022. Importantly, the rating also takes the Espai Barca project and related financing into account in determining its stable outlook.
"The DBRS rating of the financial perspective of FC Barcelona shows the confidence of the financial markets regarding the decisions of the club, the improvement of the financial indicators and makes it possible to continue with the development of the strategic plan approved by the board of directors."
