Umtiti, Braithwaite and Nico are without a shirt number, with the latter already in Valencia to play on loan.

Barça are still struggling to register all their players before Saturday's LaLiga opener, against Rayo Vallecano. The club is optimistic, although their sporting department have admitted some concern since some problems yet remain and time is short.

Barça announced a few hours ago the new numbers of Pjanic (16) and Memphis (14), even as they work to register their five new signings- Christensen, Kessié, Raphinha, Lewandowski and Koundé- and the two players who re-signed- Sergi Roberto and Dembélé.

In LaLiga, there are only seventeen players registered in the club's squad, although three of them do not have a number. They are Nico, who is already at Valencia on loan, and Umtiti and Braithwaite. The latter two have been discarded by Xavi Hernandez and should leave shortly before the close of the market.

The players currently registered are: Ter Stegen (1), Dest (2), Piqué (3), Araujo (4), Jordi Alba (18), Eric Garcia (24), Umtiti (no number), Busquets (5), Pedri (8), Pjanic (16), Frenkie de Jong (21), Nico (no number), Ferran Torres (11), Ansu Fati (10), Memphis (14), Aubameyang (17) and Braithwaite (no number).

The squad does not include players such as Gavi, Balde and Abde, who may start the championship on the reserve team. Neither do Iñaki Peña and Collado, with the latter also on the exit ramp.
