"Facts:" Pique labels Barcelona's Ter Stegen the world's best goalkeeper
The German was again impressive as Barça routed Betis on Saturday
FC Barcelona have posted a comment on their official 'X' account that has provoked a reaction from former Barça player Gerard Piqué in relation to Marc-Andre ter Stegen.
Piqué does not hide from giving his opinion. We have already seen several times the former defender being in the media spotlight for saying openly his opinions on some of the issues of the 'moment'. A Tweet from Barcelona's official account has 'invoked' Piqué, who couldn't help but say something about it.
FC Barcelona posted the following: "Ter Stegen is the best goalkeeper in the world. Any other opinion is simply wrong." To which Piqué replied: "Facts."

Both comments were posted shortly after Ter Stegen had saved a clear-cut Willian José chance in first-half stoppage time in Saturday's 5-0 win against Real Betis.
Both the former player and the Catalan club wanted to emphasise and remind the world of this shared opinion after the goalkeeper's excellent performance against Betis.
Ter Stegen has not yet won a Yashin Trophy, which honours the best goalkeeper in the world every year, but he has been one of the best in recent years.
