The two Spanish giants want to sign Lo Celso, who has impressed whilst on loan at fellow LaLiga side Real Betis

Lo Celso has become a player both FC Barcelona and Real Madrid want to sign in the summer. According to 'El Confidencial', the Spanish giants have been impressed by the Argentine's performances whilst on loan at Real Betis this season.

Those reports suggest Barça and Real Madrid are already negotiating with Giovani Lo Celso about extending his stay in Spain. Betis hold the option to buy the player for a fixed fee and have informed PSG they plan to do that. That fee is said to be €25m, minus the €3m loan fee, and the deal would be obligatory should Betis qualify for Europe again this season.

Barça were the first side to express an interest in Lo Celso and are open to including Juan Miranda in a potential deal. Real Madrid then joined the party and have offered Betis the chance to loan Theo Hernandez and Achraf Hamiki for a season or two. Mariano Diaz, who only recently returned, is another person Madrid could send to Betis.
