The Brazilian's PSG teammate spoke to the media at the Copa America

Paris Saint-Germain and Uruguay forward Edinson Cavani spoke to the media at the Copa America on Sunday and spoke about club teammate Neymar, who could return to Barcelona this summer.

Cavani commented that he "spoke with Neymar about his situation when we were in France" at the end of the domestic season. "Now, during the Copa America, no, we don't speak. With everything that's going on, I would say that he knows exactly what he has to do."

Even though it's been reported on many occasions that the relationship between both players is not the best, the reality is that Cavani was sympathetic about Neymar's situation: injured and out of the Copa America, accused of rape and looking to leave PSG.

"I know it's a difficult moment for him," he added. "Neymar has the charisma and the ability to move on from it. I hope he recovers, I wish him the best, that he recovers as quickly as possible. He has to be strong to leave behind everything that's happened."

On Tuesday, Uruguay play Chile for the top spot in Group C of this summer's Copa America in Brazil.
