It doesn't stop: Verratti the latest PSG player to talk about Barça's Messi

The French club haven't stopped meddling ahead of the Champions League last 16 tie at Camp Nou

Leonardo, Pochettino, Di María, Paredes and now Verratti as well. They have all come out to speak in public about Lionel Messi's future and his chances of moving to Paris Saint-Germain.

The French club haven't stopped meddling ahead of the Champions League last 16 tie at Camp Nou against Barça on Feb. 16. Barça and Messi are tired of the 'game' and Ronald Koeman has said he feels the constant stream of comments is disrespectful.

Italian midfielder Verratti has told Canal+: "Of course I would like to play with Messi. I would give him and Neymar the ball and sit back and watch a little bit. It would be amazing to have him with us, another present for me from football."

Verratti, who was a Barça target for years, is the latest player, coach or sporting director from PSG to show a lack of respect by constantly talking about a player who is Barça's captain and emblem.

This week, PSG coach Pochettino said: "We have great respect for all our rivals and other clubs. In 10 days we have the Champions League, so we have to focus on Ligue 1 first.

"We have immense respect for an institution like Barça and for all the people that work there and their players."

It doesn't seem that message has reached his squad, who have once again not respected Barça or Messi.

In France on Monday, they even dressed Messi in PSG colours on the front cover of the magazine France Football.
