Sergio Busquets has entered the final stretch of his contract with FC Barcelona and the rumors are in full flow. According to the 'Tot Costa' program on Catalunya Ràdio, the player has ruled out an offer of €20 million per season to sign for Al-Nassr.
The team that recently signed Cristiano Ronaldo wants to strengthen even more and midfielder Busquets, who is free on June 30, was one of their targets. However, the Barça captain has reportedly dismissed this possibility.
Busquets, 34, left his future open just before the final of the Spanish Supercopa. Xavi wants him to renew with Barça and this scenario has not been ruled out.
He is an undisputed starter under Xavi and in his 701st match for the club he lifted his first trophy since he taking the armband from Lionel Messi.

The midfielder is also looking at the Major League Soccer option. Busquets has interest from Inter Miami, although an offer has not yet been made.
But the option of ending his career in the United States is on the table and the player will decide at the end of the season based on his feelings. For now, he has only revealed his refusal to play in Saudi Arabia.
