Diego Costa offered to Barcelona to solve striker problem
If the Catalans lose Dembele they can get Aubameyang and if not they might consider Costa
Diego Costa is the latest name linked to Barcelona as a possible January signing. The forward is without a team at the moment and has been offered to the Catalans by his agents.
Costa had his contract terminated by Atletico Mineiro, where he scored five goals and gave one assist in 19 games, winning the Brasileirao and the Brazilian cup. Costa has been giving clues on his social networks that he would like to play in Spain again. Valencia have also been linked.
Barcelona have already ruled out signing Alvaro Morata as it’s too hard to reach a deal with Atletico, with Aubameyang as the back up option.
However Ousmane Dembele departing is important. If he gos then Barcelona can get Aubameyang. If not, then they might take a chance on Diego Costa.
