Coutinho talks to SPORT about the Brazilians that have played for Barça
Coutinho says Ronaldinho has always been his idol
Barça have had many good Brazilians at the club
Barcelona's history is full of Brazilian success stories, from Romario to Ronaldinho and Ronaldo to Rivaldo. Philippe Coutinho, the club's record signing, hopes to enjoy similar success.
He spoke to SPORT about those that have passed through the club before him:
-Romario: "He was always a great character and inside the area he was one of the best in the world. He was always an idol for all Brazilians."
-Ronaldo: "At Barcelona he was spectacular for that season, I don't remember much but I have seen videos on the Internet. He was brilliant at Barça and he called ¡el Fenomeno’ for a reason.
-Rivaldo: "He had so much quality, scored loads of goals and had great vision. He was strong and explosive. He made history at Barcelona."
-Ronaldinho: "Ronaldinho was always my idol. His history here with the club is special. Without doubt, my great idol. He added a lot to Barça."
-Neymar: "Teammate with the national team, he did really well at Barça and won everything. They all made history here and I hope I can do the same."
