The former Italy striker spoke about the Argentine, who at 33 is near the end of his career

"Magician," and "the Harry Potter of football" are some of the words Christian Vieri has used to describe Lionel Messi. The Italian was impressed with his show against Juventus, which helped Barcelona to a 2-0 victory.

Former Inter striker Vieri, now a commentator on CBS Sports, is in love with Messi. "When he stops playing, I will throw my TVs away," explained Vieri. "When he stops playing I won't work on TV any more, I'll watch Netflix.

"When he retires, there will be nothing else to see. When you have a No 10 like this, it's madness. It's a pity there were no fans in the stadium, they should see a team like this."

He was also impressed with Barca's game.

"They were incredible," he added. "There wasn't a match. The Blaugrana could have scored six or seven goals, they played very well."
