Chelsea close in on Barcelona target Raphinha
The Brazilian winger is a target for the Catalans for next season if Dembele goes
Barcelona are not just competing with Chelsea over Ousmane Dembele. The Blues are also interested in Raphinha, who is the Catalans’ target if they cannot renew the French winger’s deal.
Reports in England suggest that Chelsea have moved ahead in the race for the Brazilian winger, ahead of Arsenal in the hunt for the Leeds winger. The Athletic say they have made a 55 million pound offer.
The Yorkshire side had rejected an offer from Arsenal for over 50 million pounds. Chelsea are now making their play and trying to shift Romelu Lukaku on at the same time.
The Belgian forward is heading back to Inter after a bad year at Stamford Bridge. The Blues are also interested in Raheem Sterling and Richarlison, as well as the aforementioned Dembele.
