To Ceuta, with Lewandowski and Ferran Torres in attack
The duo are suspended in the league so are expected to play
The punishments in La Liga that rule Robert Lewandowski and Ferran Torres out of Saturday’s league game with Getafe don’t affect them on Thursday night in the Copa del Rey against Ceuta.
The Spanish coach will rotate his ranks from the Super Cup final, resting Ronald Araujo and Frenkie de Jong.
So Ferran and Lewandowski are set to play, along with Ansu Fati potentially on the left, as he did not come on until the 90th minute against Madrid.
It would be Lewandowski’s debut in the Copa as he did not feature against Intercity in the previous round.
Inaki Pena may get another chance in goal, while Hector Bellerin and Eric Garcia are expected to feature, while the midfield trio may be Sergi Roberto, Franck Kessie and Pablo Torre.
