CatRàdio: Abidal and Ousmane Dembélé get into a massive argument
Eric Abidal met with Ousmane Dembélé's entourage to express his disappointment at the winger's attitude
FC Barcelona have finally lost patience with Ousmane Dembele. His most recent indiscretion was failing to notify the club of his injury at the end of the match against Athletic Club. This has caused an emergency meeting to take place between the club and the player's entourage.
According to Catalunya Radio's 'Tot Costa' programme, Eric Abidal was the person who met with Dembele's representatives, namely Moussa Sissoko, to let them know how disappointed the club was with Dembele's behaviour. This meeting reportedly took an hour and a half and raised voices were heard a couple of times. Abidal was furious and has asked the player to change his attitude if he wants to remain at the club.
This isn't the first time Barça have had issues with the forward. There's a chance the club could fine him for failing to follow the correct protocol regarding his injury.
