Carles Alena deplaced Denis Suarez in training

FC Barcelona continued preparations for the game against Malaga on Saturday night, as they trained on Thursday at the Ciutat Esportiva. After beating Espanyol on penalties in the Catalan Super Cup the squad came in as normal to train.

Andres Iniesta and Denis Suarez did not train because of injury, and Carles Alena came in to replace the Galician. Alena started in the Super Cup and went off in the second half.

Some players had to take part in a surprise FIFA anti-doping test too, after the session.
