Busquets after Leganes loss: We have to be more solid
"Today we have no excuses, it was 11 against 11"
Sergio Busquets didn't hide after Barcelona lost to Leganes and was clear in admitting "we have to be more solid."
The Barça midfielder explained that "in two minutes they they turned the game around and we lacked intensity" in reference to Leganes coming from one goal down in the second half.
Busquets added: "The worrying thing is conceding so many goals. We have to be more solid. These are the details which can take points from you and we have to improve."
Gerard Pique was criticised for giving the second goal away but Busquets defended his teammate.
"We’re a team," he said. "We win and we lose together. We have to look at what went wrong as a team. We play with 11 players and we all lost the game."
And he didn't want to compare the loss with Sunday's draw with Girona: "The other day was different. There are no excuses today, it was 11 against 11."
