Benzema's agent replies to Pique with front cover of Diario SPORT
Pique had wrote 'We are back' after Barça's 4-0 win over Madrid on Sunday
The humiliation to which Barça subjected Real Madrid in the Clásico stung for Los Blancos. As soon as the match was over, Gerard Piqué expressed on Twitter the feelings of all Barcelona fans. "We are back," he wrote. Quickly, the tweet went viral. Given the frustration that this comment generated at Real Madrid, Benzema's agent decided to respond.
Karim Djaziri, the French striker's representative, used Neymar's departure from Barça to try to ridicule the central defender. And he did it, in addition, with a reference to SPORT.
"We have found the cover of tomorrow's 'Sport!' For football, let's hope he's not wrong this time..." he wrote next to a cover of our newspaper after Piqué assured that Neymar would stay in the summer of 2017.
