Bayern Munich defender Niklas Sule has already chosen his next club
The centre-back's agent says he already knows his destination next season
It's not public yet but Niklas Sule's future has been decided. That's according to his agent, Volker Mtruth, in comments made to Sport1.
"We have decided on his next club," he said. "The player has made a decision and it would surprise me if he changed his opinion.
"We never properly negotiated with Bayern. There was just a brief chat. We met, we spoke about it and I said that the player was deciding if he wanted to renew or not. It wasn't a money issue.
"We arranged to speak again in January. Niklas spent Christmas with his family, he called me and he said: 'I don't want this anymore (Bayern), I don't want you to meet to talk about a renewal.
"It has nothing to do with money. I spoke with Hasan Salihamidžić six or seven months before the end of the contract. Sule was clear and he told me: 'I want to do something different.'"
Reports in Germany suggest Bayern offered Sule less than 10 million euros gross per season, an amount they have offered Chelsea's Christensen, who is also out of contract this summer.
Remember that Barça are one of the clubs linked with Sule, although it seems the centre-back is going to move to the Premier League.
