"It's spectacular what we went through, the fans were amazing," he said.
"This team has these things. We knew we had to do it all after losing 4-0 in Paris and it was not easy. They told us many things but we have gained a lot of credit over time."
He was particularly proud of the fans. "There was always hope and we grasped onto it with the help of the fans," he added.
"We grew over the game and managed to beat a team with ultra-defensive ideas and it was not easy, we have done something that was practically impossible."
