Arda Turan is the main absence from the squad for Luis Enrique as Barcelona take on Granada at Camp Nou.
The Turkish star did not participate in training on Friday and has not recovered from his foot injury in time to feature, something he sustained in the Catalan Super Cup.
Turn joins a long injury list, including Jeremy Mathieu, Gerard Pique, Jordi Alba and Andres Iniesta.
Aleix Vidal is also out with apparent adductor pain.
Rafinha and Cillessen are back in the squad after missing games with injuries themselves, while three Barcelona B players are on the list:
