Barcelona reiterate their commitment against racism
The club published a statement that showed their position on the George Floyd murder
The ongoing battle against racism has been in the spotlight after black American citizen George Floyd was murdered by a white police officer, Derek Chauvin, who suffocated him with his knee.
There have been protests in the USA since, against Chauvin, disgusting police behaviour and racist president Donald Trump.
Barca reacted with a message on Instagram.
"Racism, as a form of discrimination that seeks to degrade and marginalise people because of their gender, sexual orientation, origin or skin colour, is a pandemic that affects us all. At Barca we will not stop fighting it. This is also our commitment," wrote the club.
