Barcelona have two players under threat in Napoli clash
The duo will be banned for the second leg if they see a booking at Camp Nou
Barcelona take on Napoli on Thursday in the Europa League with two players who could be in danger of suspension: Gavi and Gerard Pique.
If either is booked they will be banned for the second leg in Italy. They finished the Champions League group stage with two bookings each.
Busquets, Nico, Frenkie de Jong, Dest, Araujo and Lenglet are all on one booking.
Napoli have Di Lorenzo and Koulibaly in the same situation as Barcelona’s under-threat duo.
The rule is the same for all European club competitions and the cards count until reaching the quarter-finals. After that, they are wiped. Red cards still count though.
