Barcelona on red alert for their trip to Kiev
Koeman will have to figure something out amid the injury crisis the team is suffering
Barcelona's painful defeat by Atletico Madrid was added to by bad injuries for Gerard Pique and Sergi Roberto, who won't be able to play for a while, starting with the Champions League clash away at Dinamo Kiev on Tuesday.
A big problem for the coach, who will be forced to make changes in defence and to the double pivot, to put out a side. Clement Lenglet needs a new partner in defence, which might have to be Frenkie de Jong. Ronald Araujo will be back in a week or so's time from injury, while Umtiti also seems to be out.
That leaves a gap in the midfield. Miralem Pjanic is already there in the injured Sergio Busquets's spot, while Koeman may have to use Carles Alena or Riqui Puig in the other position. Coutinho also returned from his own problems and could be included in midfield.
Sergino Dest will cover at right-back for Roberto, who is out for two months.
