Barcelona legend Ronaldinho tests coronavirus positive
The Brazilian announced it on social media and will quarantine in Belo Horizonte
Barcelona legend Ronaldinho Gaucho confirmed on Sunday that he has coronavirus. The former Blaugrana icon must say isolated in Belo Horizonte, where he is now.
He announced the news on social media after taking a PCR test.
"I am here, in Belo Horizonte, since yesterday (Saturday). I came to take part in an event. I took the tests and I'm Covid-19 positive," he explained.
Ronaldinho was in Minas Gerais to take part in an event organised by one of his sponsors and it had to be suspended as a result of his test.
"I'm good, asymptomatic, but we had to leave the event for later. Soon we'll be together. A big hug!" he explained.
