Barcelona launch four new FCBEscolas in the United States

Barcelona now have 11 schools across the U.S and Canada
Barcelona's presence in the United States is ever-increasing, with four new football schools (FCBEscolas) officially launching in the country on Wednesday.
Operations in Austin (Texas), Chicago (Illinois), Northern Virginia (Virginia) and San Diego (California) all got underway, with the announcements having been made several months ago.
Therefore, for thr 2017/18 season, Barça have tripled the amount of soccer schools they currently have in the States, going from the two last season (in Florida and Charlotte) to six.
In addition, there are also five schools in Canada (Edmonton, Montreal, Ottawa, Toronto and Vancouver taking the total number of FCBEscolas in North America to 11) and there are two academies, one in Long Island and one in Arizona.
The launch of the FCBEscola in Northern Virginia was attended by former Barça player and current FCBLegend player Sergi Barjuan.
