Barcelona keeping tabs on Napoli and Italy's Lorenzo Insigne

The forward is doing well at the Euros and has a year left on his deal with Napoli

Names keep appearing when it comes to Barca’s transfer moves this summer. They all have a common denominator, more or less, players with a contract that expires next year, or who could form part of some kind of exchange, or are low-cost for another reason.

The board are looking for market opportunities and one of them could be Lorenzo Insigne. Per SportItalia, his name is one on Barca’s wishlist.

The Napoli captain, 30, ends his contract next June and for now he has not renewed his deal. Insigne is a year away from walking away for free from the club where he has been key for a few seasons.

If De Laurentiis cannot seal his renewal he may put the player on the market this summer to stop him leaving for free. Barca would be among various sides interested. Dealing with Napoli and their president is never easy either.
