The fourth offer will be close to the 50 million that the German club want

Barcelona are moving slowly but surely to secure the services of Robert Lewandowksi. The Blaugrana are aware that Bayern Munich are a tough negotiator, so the have treated the operation with patience, always in agreement with the player and his agent, Pini Zahavi, who has driven the negotiations with the German club.

Lewandowski opened fire publicly earlier this summer when he revealed his desire to leave Bayern. Since then, he has reiterated that stance and Barça have made their move. With care, though, so as not to upset Bayern, but firmly, making it clear their interest is serious despite their financial fair play problems.

The offers have slowly arrived. A first offer of 30 million euros, a second of 32 million and a third of 40 million plus add-ons, an amount Zahavi assured would bring Bayern to the table.

Bayern did not even consider the first two offers. The third was left on the table for thinking time, as it was close to the 50 million they may accept.

Now, according to Sport1, Barça will make a fourth offer closer to a guaranteed 50 million. It's the offer Bayern are waiting for for the situation to be unblocked. Lewandowski is due back with Bayern for preseason on July 12.
