There's unanimity among the Barcelona hierarchy when it comes to signing Lyon forward Memphis Depay on a free transfer this summer.
The decision has been made and the club will support coach Ronald Koeman's desire to sign the Dutchman, who is out of contract in June.
Barça's move for Depay will not be dependent on their interest in Erling Haaland following this week's meeting with the Borussia Dortmund striker's agent and father.
The Catalan club like the fact Depay can play in a range of positions across the attack and that it will not cost anything, wages aside, to sign him.
Depay's arrival, a request first made by Koeman last summer, will lead to the exit of Martin Braithwaite, as the Lyon man will take on his role.
