Barcelona have landed in Madrid ahead of Copa del Rey clash

A little past 11am, FC Barcelona’s squad headed to Madrid to face Atletico in the Copa del Rey, with the team now resting in the Spanish capital before the Copa del Rey semi-final first leg.

As Luis Enrique announced on Tuesday, 18 players travelled. Marc-Andre ter Stegen was left out, while Andres Iniesta, Sergio Busquets and Lucas Digne miss the game with injuries. On the other hand, Rafinha returned after his own injury absence.

The Blaugrana were accompanied by president Josep Maria Bartomeu, along with vice president Jordi Metre and directors Silvio Elias and Oriol Tomas.

The Blaugrana stars will stay in the hotel until around 90 minutes before the game, which kicks off at 9pm CET.
