Barcelona considering a move for Atletico Madrid's Joao Felix
If Erling Haaland does not come in the summer the Catalans will look elsewhere
Barcelona want a top level forward in the summer and Erling Haaland is the main target, although competition for him is tough.
Per Goal, one of the names Barcelona like a lot is Joao Felix, at Atletico Madrid. The striker has found his top level in recent weeks but since arriving has never become key for Diego SImeone. He has had some great performances but also long times sat on the bench. He’s young and has a lot of potential, with goals in his blood.
It won’t be easy to convince Atletico, with Felix their record signing. They don’t want to sell for now, but if they don’t get into the Champions League they might have to think about selling one of their star names.
Jorge Mendes, his agent, is working to get Felix out in the summer according to the report and believes he can play better still at another club that suits him more.
