Valverde spoke to the media on Friday ahead of Saturday's derby vs. Espanyol
Ernesto Valverde gave a press conference on Friday ahead of Barcelona's first game of the New Year, away against local rivals Espanyol on Saturday.
One of the names that came up was Dani Olmo. The Dinamo Zagreb attacker is the subject of interest from Barça, who he played for until moving to Croatia aged 16.
Barça have already been in touch with Zagreb and Valverde said: "He is a player that's been here before, he's a good player but I won't speak about conjecture or players that play for another team, while recognising that he's a great player. We will see what happens."
