Barcelona forward Ansu Fati now doing ball work in training
The forward is at the end of his injury nightmare after eight months out of action
Barcelona's Ansu Fati returned to training on the pitch on Thursday after eight months out of action and on Friday was able to do ball work art the Ciutat Esportiva Joan Gamper.
After four operations, a change of surgeons and a long recovery, the young forward is finally seeing the light at the end of a tunnel after a meniscus injury in his knee.
It seems his recovery work is going better all the time, with the league season due to get underway next weekend when Barça host Real Sociedad at Camp Nou.
That game will come too soon for the Spain international but Barça are hopeful of having him back on the pitch for the game against Sevilla in September.
