Barcelona and Spain star Jordi Alba finally passes his driving test
Alba was the only member of the Barça squad that couldn't drive
Until just a few days ago, Spain defender Jordi Alba was the only member of the Barcelona squad without a driving license.
However, that is no longer the case. The L'Hospitalet left-back has now passed his test and arrived at training on Saturday on his own, driving his own vehicle, for the first time.
In a video shared on social media by the journalist David Ibanez (Mediaset), Alba can be seen driving his car into the facilities at the training ground in Sant Joan Despi.
"Today for the first time we have seen Jordi Alba driving," Ibanez wrote. "He now has his driver's license. Congratulations. This is how he very carefully arrived for training this morning."
Hoy por primera vez hemos visto a Jordi Alba conduciendo. Ya tiene carné de conducir. Felicidades. Así llegaba muy prudente esta mañana a la ciudad deportiva para el entrenamiento del Barça #fcb #fcblive pic.twitter.com/fJAr5yti5z

Until now, Alba had counted on the help of his family -- especially his father and brother -- to be able to get to training each day.
At 31, the Catalan defender, who has been at Barça since 2012, no longer has to worry about asking for lifts to work.
