The Barcelona coach says Inter result will not change approach against Bayern

Xavi Hernandez explained on Tuesday that the Barcelona squad will all watch the Inter-Viktoria Plzen game in the dressing room on Wednesday before their match against Bayern Munich.

The Inter game will be key to Barça's slim chances in the Champions League this season. If the Italian side win, Barça will be knocked into the Europa League. If they drop points, Barça will stay alive in the competition with a win against Bayern.

"We will meet at Camp Nou two hours before the game," Xavi said, with the team not meeting in a hotel earlier in the day as has been the case for European games this season.

"We have changed the dynamic. We think it's better for the players, they get more time with their families. It's my decision."

Xavi added: "We will follow the Inter and Viktoria game all together. We will watch it on TV in the dressing room."

The Barça coach also said that regardless of what happens with Inter, Barça will go out with the same XI and the same idea against Bayern.

"We want to show that we are at that level and can compete," Xavi said, adding that he has more or less decided on his lineup.
