Barça's Raphinha not for sale despite Saudi Arabia and Man City links
The Brazil forward's drawn interest but Barça have no formal offers and want to keep him
Raphinha will not leave Barcelona this summer. No Saudi Arabia, no Premier League, no nothing. The Blaugrana have definitively closed the door on the Brazilian winger leaving, convinced that he will be a very important player this coming season.
Barça have received interest from several clubs in Raphinha and even considered an exit as a solution to their economic and registration problems, but the arrival of Deco at the club as sporting director has stopped any option of a sale. And Xavi was not in the mood either, unless a huge offer arrived that could not be refused.
The reality is that Barça have not received any formal offer for Raphinha and even less so in recent weeks. In the last few days, there has been talk of a possible interest from Manchester City, but the Catalan club are not aware of any such move at the moment.
In any case, both Deco and Xavi have reassured the player and have made clear their absolute confidence in him. They believe that this season he will end up exploding and that his value can rise even more.
