Iniesta set up the goal for Messi in the second half

It gives Barça and away goal ahead of the second leg

Barcelona captain Andres Iniesta was once again 'San Andres' at Stamford Bridge. The author of the 'Iniestazo' was key in recovering the ball and setting up Lionel Messi for the equaliser against Chelsea.

It's a goal which allows Barça to go into the second leg at Camp Nou with a slight advantage due to the away goals rule.

"The game had everything," Iniesta said. "It was a Champions League game. Very intense against a great team. We knew it would be very difficult.

"We failed to finish off moves in the final third because they had a lot of people behind the ball. I think it will be a different game at home. Playing in front of our fans, we know the pitch better and it will be a different game."

Iniesta also credited Chelsea, who played well and hit the post twice before eventually taking the lead through Willian, their best player on the night.

He added: "We know it will be difficult because they are playing for their season. They are one of the best teams in Europe, they have great players and this is the Champions League. In this competition any move or mistake can cost you a lot."
