The midfielder returned from a broken bone in his foot to start the game

Sergio Busquets returned to training this week from a broken foot and was included in the starting lineup against Roma at Camp Nou.

However, he was unable to finish the game and asked to be taken off in the second half due to the pain.

Busquets broke a bone in his foot against Chelsea and was ruled out for three weeks but made a good recovery and was given the green light to return to action on Tuesday.

Ernesto Valverde replaced him with Paulinho with Barça 3-0 up and he confirmed after the game that it was Busquets himself who had asked for the change.

Barça face Leganes at home in La Liga on Saturday and then Roma in the second leg of their Champions League quarterfinal next Tuesday.

If there are any doubts over Busquets, though, he may not be risked.
