The deal is set to be completed imminently with an official presentation this week

Ferran Jutgla will leave Barcelona in the coming days with a move to the Belgian side Club Brugge set to be confirmed for around €7 million.

Jutgla will be officially presented at his new club this week. Barça will not have an option to re-buy the striker, which was key in them getting such a good fee.

After one season at the club, Jutgla did not want to stay with the B team and he knew his chances of making Xavi's first-team plans were slim despite his excellent form.

In addition to 19 goals for the B side, he also scored two for the first team when given minutes at the end of the year due to injuries in the squad.

However, with so many players ahead of him, plus the possible signing of Robert Lewandowski, the former Espanyol attacker was open to leaving Camp Nou.

Villarreal were also pushing hard for his signing but first team football and Champions League action at Brugge proved the most attractive proposition for Jutgla.
