Barça's spending cap reduced to MINUS €144 million by LaLiga
The Catalan club started the season with a €97m limit but that has been further slashed
LaLiga have released the updated spending caps for Spanish clubs and Barcelona's new figure has provided the main talking point.
According to the competition, Barça currently have a negative spending limit of €144 million after the January transfer window closed.
The numbers, therefore, are even worse than the €97m posted at the start of the season. Until Barça can adhere to their spending limit, they will only be able to spend 25 percent of any savings.
