Barça request judge De la Mata investigates leaked Neymar footage
The club are not happy about the images which have surfaced on Thursday in Spain
FC Barcelona are very annoyed at the leaked footage of Neymar's testimony in court last February, which was published by 'El Confidencial' on Thursday.
SPORT have learned that the club have requested judge Jose de la Mata, who's in charge of the case, investigates how the leaks were able to happen.
The club feel the release of the footage, in which Neymar responds to questions in the DIS case about his move to Barcelona, is out of place and prejudices both the player and the club's image.
During his appearance, Neymar said he didn't know much about what he was signing and had complete trust in his father, who manages his career.
The prosecution are requesting a two-year prison sentence for Neymar, while DIS want a five-year term.
