Barça offer Alfaro to Valladolid for the forward José Arnáiz
Valladolid want €4 million for the player but Barça want to use Alfaro to lower the fee
Arnáiz wants to join Barça, who are offering him a year with the B team and then the chance to join the first team squad
Barça B are still refining their squad even though the season has begun and they are targeting one player above all others: José Arnáiz, the Real Valladolid forward. Valladolid know they have a good player on their hands and are keen to cash in on what they see as his inevitable departure.
That’s why they are asking for his release fee of €4 million to let the player leave. Barça are not prepared to pay that much but have offered the winger Alfaro in exchange to lower the fee. Valladolid like Alfaro and the deal could be acceptable to them.
Barça are optimistic because Arnáiz wants to make the move and has told his agent so. Juventus and Napoli are interested but Barça are offering a four year contract. The player would have the chance to join the first team squad in his second year if a series of targets are met. Barça definitely think the player has a future with them.
